Karine Hains: Battle of the Prayer Plays Tonight's game in Nashville featured the two worst power plays in the league, the Preds (13.1%) and the Habs (13.5%).

Just to pop the proverbial cherry... Hi. Sucks we didn't win, but we're due for a losing steak. Yeah, I said it.

Price is playing close to his former "All-world"self. He kept you guys in it, especially in the first period. But, without the addition of AT LEAST one, if not a couple, of high end difference makers up front. Cannot see Habs beating B's or Leafs in a 7 game series. Anything can happen, but highly unlikely. And as for Tampa. Ouch. Is there a team in the league right now that has a chance against them??? Unless some changes in the next week or so before the deadline, Tampa surely the team to beat. Just dominant!

How are we going to get not one, but two high end difference makers up front?

Can't afford a losing streak, let alone a steak!!

I say start Niemi in TB and Price vs the Panthers

And with Price in? 2-0 TB? Still a loss, take the points that are within reach

Can't see the team getting that at the TDL. Maybe at the draft or this summer.

Stone??...Duchesne???....yes, the picks and prospects it would take are costly, and perhaps not advised. So, likely better to stand pat and wait few years down the road. But, just saying if want to have ANY chance at getting out of Division THIS year....that is the kinda BIG move that has to be made. Didn't say it was advised....just what would be necessary.

I agree and maybe not even in the summer, he may try and find it within the organization, most notably Suzuki

I think you have to ice your best team against teams like Tampa. I don't think the coaches assume they'll lose.

That as well. KK is just a rookie as well.

We could see Poehling before long.

Panarin or Stone will most likely receive an offer this summer from Bergevin.

Yea, he'll probably try to upgrade the F through FA but there are no guarantees those guys will wanna sign in Montreal, and that's ok cause he'd probably have to overpay quite a bit to make it happen... he'll probably put a package together and acquire a D in the offseason

I'm glad you asked

To MTL: Burakovsky + 2019 3rd

To WSH: 2019 2nd + 2019 2nd (from VGK)
